Clayton Services is searching for a Tax Analyst to join a thriving company in West Houston.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $60,000-$85,000/year plus bonus; OTE of $72,000-$102,000/year

Tax Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provide financial planning services to clients
• Develop and analyze tax estimates
• Utilize tax planning software
• Provide tax recommendations and planning strategies for clients to advisors
• Develop client rebalance schedules and asset allocations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel daily
• Prepare estimated tax payment vouchers
• Populate and analyze outputs from financial planning software
• Other duties as assigned

Tax Analyst Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to successfully multitask
• Computer proficiency
• Microsoft Excel proficiency

Tax Analyst Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of individual tax preparation experience is required
• Previous experience preparing individual federal, state, and trust tax returns is highly desired
