A BIM manager must communicate effectively, manage data, identify potential design issues, We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Digital Construction procedures across all phases of design, construction, and handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills to ensure model integrity, facilitate team coordination, and support digital transformation efforts within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.

This role requires excellent communication abilities, data management proficiency, and the capacity to identify design issues, ensure data accuracy, manage budgets, comply with codes and regulations, and stay informed of industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM Implementation and Standardization: Establish and maintain BIM standards and workflows in compliance with industry best practices and ISO 19650.
  • Model Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and coordination of federated BIM models.
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among architectural, structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure model alignment and conflict resolution.
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy, model integrity, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Technology Integration and Innovation: Evaluate and implement new tools, software, and processes to enhance digital delivery and construction outcomes.
  • Project Support and Documentation: Provide BIM support throughout the project lifecycle and ensure proper documentation and data handover.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor project teams, lead BIM coordination meetings, and foster a culture of digital excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with BIM technologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software platforms (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360, ArchiCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, principles, and workflows, including ISO 19650.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience in leading BIM implementation projects is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or building SMART certification are a plus.
