Job Description

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team!

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting small to mid-sized businesses by reviewing and entering Working Capital applications. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Credit teams to ensure each customer transaction is processed smoothly and accurately. This includes evaluating application documentation to confirm completeness and ensure all requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily application flow; working both email and portal submissions
• Ensure all applications are properly processed
• Enter and review bank statements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Foster good working relationships with internal staff and partners
• Maintain customers and accounts within system of record
• Performing other duties as required

Skills & Specifications

• Must be able to multitask and be highly adaptable to change
• Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and motivation for personal growth
• Required knowledge of computer and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Good typing skills
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Friendly and personable

Education & Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree is preferred, but not required
• Previous experience as an operations coordinator or similar data entry or administrative role
