Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the health care industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Quality Assurance or a related field (e.g., CPHQ, CQIA). Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analysis software. Knowledge of health care regulations and accreditation standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of health care services to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze data related to patient outcomes and service delivery to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality assurance findings and recommendations for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
