Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Quality Assurance or a related field (e.g., CPHQ, CQIA). Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analysis software. Knowledge of health care regulations and accreditation standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of health care services to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze data related to patient outcomes and service delivery to identify trends and areas for improvement.
