Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs developing communicating building support for and implementing business strategies plans and practices analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans determining and supporting resource requirements evaluating operational processes measuring outcomes to ensure desired results identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities promoting a customer environment and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps recruiting selecting and developing talent supporting mentorship workforce development and succession planning and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices developing consequences for violations or noncompliance and supporting the Open Door Policy Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives engaging key stakeholders in the development execution and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives and supporting associate efforts in these areas Directs operations coordination and support for automation distribution centers by serving as a liaison between store operations and distribution centers to improve automation processes communicating changes to affected areas meeting with key leaders to discuss operational issues and develop corrective measures as issues arise communicating with store central operations on matters impacting store operations or level of service collaborating with distribution center leadership teams to set accuracy and productivity goals and define performance standards meeting total operational objectives and implementing programs to provide distribution centers with operational tools to improve financial performance and productivity Ensures consistent operational procedures are in place and executed at automation distribution centers by reviewing and providing support for operational audits verifying operating procedures to ensure that procedures are timely accurate and up to date with market practices overseeing training and implementation of new processes and programs facilitates the development implementation and execution of tracking mechanisms leading new system roll outs and verifying customer service standards by following up and discussing store call issues with responsible managers and associates Manages area of responsibility budget and profit and loss by forecasting resource needs partnering with cross functional teams to develop service plans building business cases for spending determining return on investment leading initiatives to reduce distribution center expenses overseeing field operations led by divisional Vice President to ensure management teams are engaged in controlling business expenses examining financial reports and reviewing profit and loss performance Prioritizing and executing resources developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders educating and collaborating with sponsors to ensure return on investment driving project plans to implement processes ensuring communication plans are established assessing timeline for change and ensuring timely The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
