Job Summary and Description This position is part of the TPG Global IE team , reporting to the Manager of TD Planning . The TPG IE team supports the Technology & Products Groups (TPG) department with budget capital and operating expenditures. Partnering globally with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and TPG Senior Leaders is a primary expectation to support TPG’s footprint. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Safety Completes safety training and conducts work in accordance with Micron and TPG safety policies. Follows safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance. Reports safety concerns immediately. Performs audits and submits safety observations. Communication/Collaboration Partners with stakeholders weekly (TPG Operations, MFG Budget teams, Process and Equipment Development, Finance, Procurement). Coordinates and facilitates meetings regularly. Provides status updates to senior TPG Leadership. Presents budgets (opex and capex), guides workflow for TPG and MFG teams involved in Materials, R&M, and equipment budgeting. Project Management/Planning Designs and coordinates projects with various departments. Creates timelines with milestones. Minimizes duplication through effective planning. Adjusts plans based on milestone execution and capability factors. Technical/Data Analysis Applies IE concepts and statistical analysis. Creates innovative data solutions to improve strategic forecasts. Evaluates scenarios, understands impacts, and designs experiments to identify root causes. Analyzes data sources, suggests planning changes, and measures data effectiveness. Drives actions through clear communication. Qualifications Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to establish relationships and communicate complex analysis clearly. Experience in project planning and cross-disciplinary teamwork. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn continuously and improve processes. Skilled in facilitating meetings and managing multiple projects. Advanced data analysis, statistics, and understanding of manufacturing science. Preferred skills include SQL, Python, data warehousing, and data cleansing. Education & Experience Required: BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, POM, or related. Preferred: MS in Engineering, engineering internship, 5+ years in TPG or MFG planning, budgeting, or process functions. About Micron Technology, Inc.
