They believe that what they do starts with their people. They are looking for like-minded individuals to join this dynamic corporate tax team.

**Hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office per week**

The position requires someone with a solid foundation in U.S. corporate federal income tax issues and concepts. International tax experience is a plus. The candidate should have 3+ years of public accounting or large company in-house corporate tax experience.

Position Summary:

• Prepare federal income tax returns, estimates and extensions.
• Prepare international tax compliance forms of a U.S. based multinational corporation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
• Assist with income tax audits.
• Assist with the preparation of the company’s tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
• Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
• Assist with special projects.
• Research tax issues and draft memorandum.
• Seek out process improvements.

Requirements:

• B.S. or similar degree in Accounting; Masters in tax is a plus; C.P.A. is a plus.
• 3+ years of federal tax experience
• Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
• Assist with special projects.
• Research tax issues and draft memorandum.
• Seek out process improvements.
• An outgoing personality.
