Job Description Overview:

• Role: Site Manager
• Team Size: Oversees a team of five, including a senior team lead and four team leaders.
• Responsibilities:
• Grow and develop a relatively inexperienced team.
• Ensure presence in the building and support operations on the floor.
• Handle customer interactions, particularly with Jaguar Land Rover, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial data and use tools like Google Sheets and SAP.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both floor employees and customers.
• Address workforce challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong people skills and the ability to relate to both employees and customers.
• Experience in operations, preferably in the auto industry or parts background.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Budget management and financial decision-making experience.
• Experience: At least three to four years in an operations role or a higher-level role.
• Education: Preferably a bachelor's degree, but equivalent experience may be considered.
