  • Act as primary liaison for strategic clients and high-priority projects, managing expectations and identifying future opportunities.
  • Support development of scopes of work, proposals, and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing and BD teams.
  • Mentor mid- and junior-level staff in client engagement and project development.

  • Provide regular feedback and promote technical development and leadership growth among staff.
  • Utilize and contribute to internal tools such as Project Maps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote to support team communication and project transparency.
  • Model and reinforce the company’s core values and expectations of professional autonomy, humility, and excellence.

Operations & Administrative

  • Monitor scope, budget, and schedule for all assigned projects, ensuring timely and profitable delivery.
  • Submit timesheets, expense reports, and project documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Engage in company-wide learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
