Job Description Job Description Description Shift: Monday to Friday; 4:45pm to 1:15am A Renz Binding Operator is a highly motivated individual and drives customer success when auto punching documents by ensuring superior quality in the Binding area. Properly set up and calibrate the Renz for document production, produce products by priority, and ensure the work is spreaded out fairly between the spiral binding operators.  Key Responsibilities Read and comprehend the job instructions (QA Checklist), which may include: general instruction, special Instructions, and change orders Properly set up and calibrate the Renz for document production Operate Renz in accordance with job requirements, training certification and proper operating procedure  Responsible for completing other finishing services as required  Meet or exceed production goals set by the management team Ensure adherence to all documented processes and procedures Others tasks as assigned Skills Knowledge and Expertise High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Must be dependable, flexible and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice (required) Entry-level computer experience (required) Basic mechanical knowledge (required) Patience and focus with high attention to detail (required) Able to manage time efficiently to meet hourly goals (required) Ability to perform tasks that require hand-eye coordination as well as dexterity (required) At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Previous bindery experience (preferred) Benefits Agility : Remains positive and composed when faced with new information or approaches or under-pressure Planning and Organization : Organizes work and sets priorities based on target goals and objectives Critical Thinking : Balances creative thinking with practical strategies to ensure solutions are actionable Performance and Results Driven : Takes responsibility for results
