**Join Our RVA Client as a Property and Casualty Insurance Salesperson!**

Are you driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most?

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our RVA insurance client's team and become a key part of their sales force, helping consumers and commercial clients secure their insurance needs.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to Incoming Leads: No cold calling! You'll work with warm leads who are interested in securing property and casualty insurance.
• Consult with Clients: Offer personalized insurance solutions to meet both individual and commercial needs.
• Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive and consultative sales techniques.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and coverage.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required).
• Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent OR willing to earn your license (mandatory)!
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
