Position / Title: Partner Sales Director – ISV/Hyperscalers

Kore.ai offers a compelling opportunity for ISV/Hyperscaler sales professionals with a proven track record exceeding quota in technology sales. Our goal is to build a global team of visionary ISV/OEM Account Directors committed to transforming customer and employee experiences through technology partners who embed or integrate with Conversational AI.

Location: West Coast (Seattle WA, San Francisco CA, etc.)

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in partnerships/business development or selling enterprise software into the enterprise or large service provider markets. The Partner Account Director will develop a designated territory, focusing on building and fostering ISV/Hyperscaler partnerships throughout the technology adoption journey with Kore.ai. The candidate must be passionate about technology, especially in Conversational AI and automation of customer & employee engagement, evangelizing within their partner’s organization.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from sell-through and sell-with sales motions.
  • Accurate forecasting and territory planning.
  • Transform partner’s business and generate new revenue streams with Conversational AI and ML technology.
  • Achieve new revenue for Kore.ai in both new and existing ISVs across various markets, industries, and use cases.
  • Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue and ensure long-term partner success.
  • Manage opportunities with Kore.ai sales teams and become the go-to expert for partners’ business and solutions.
  • Collaborate across Partner Marketing, Enablement, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  • Report business through forecasting, stakeholder updates, and quarterly reviews.
  • Account mapping and deal coordination for collaborative sales efforts.
  • Design and execute technical and GTM joint campaigns.
  • Spearhead demand generation and awareness marketing initiatives with partners.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Minimum 5+ years in major account or strategic sales, managing analytical products or solutions.
  • Strong familiarity with AI, ML, contact center, and B2B cloud marketplaces.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience within the ISV/Hyperscalers ecosystem.
  • Reside in Seattle WA, San Francisco CA, or other West Coast location.
  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and articulating ROI.
  • Ability to work with technical and business leaders, influencing understanding and building partnerships.
  • Experience managing forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.

Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 plus additional compensation details provided during the interview process.
