The Graphics Specialist is responsible for creating and executing both print and digital designs that effectively communicate the organization’s brand and messaging. They develop a wide range of marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, logos, social media posts, and digital content, ensuring consistency with corporate branding standards. Working within a healthcare organization, this role collaborates with communications and marketing teams to produce materials that support both internal and external audiences.
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Graphics Specialist, completes various design and production projects (print and digital) to effectively advance the mission of Community First Health Plans. Provides creative direction and technical assistance for collaterals and campaigns that support external and internal audiences, including the programs the organization serves. Responsible for concept, design, layout, and execution of print collateral and digital images including newsletters, brochures, forms, logos, posters, banners, presentations, social media posts, website content, instructional videos and animations, event signage, and ads. Manages and executes use of corporate logos and branding procedures to ensure all corporate visuals comply with graphics standards of the organization’s brand
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field is required. Two years’ experience in a communications role, with graphic design experience required. Excellent written communication and artistic skills are required
