Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple exhibit projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Monitor approvals, builds, and installations to ensure alignment with project specifications
• Communicate regularly with internal teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Graphics, Sales) and external stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns..
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors throughout the duration of projects.
• Identify potential risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project resources, including labor, budgets, equipment, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure quality control at every stage of the project.
• Lead project crews during builds and installations, providing hands-on problem-solving.
• Oversee financial processes, including purchase orders, payments, and invoice adjustments.
• Proactively address issues and obstacles, analyzing root causes and developing effective solutions.
Qualifications
• Must have Trade Show experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive project success.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with quality management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in tradeshow build, exhibit design, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party vendor relationships.
Pay
Salary | $70K - $80K
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00am -5:00pm | Monday - Friday
*Overtime as needed
