Job Title: Canvasser / Lead Generator – Roofing (Killeen Territory)
Location: Killeen, TX
Compensation: Hourly

About the Role

Radar Roofing is expanding and looking for high-energy canvassers to help generate leads in storm-affected neighborhoods. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who’s hungry to earn and excited to work in the field. You’ll represent our brand face-to-face with homeowners, identify potential roofing needs, and set up appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in pre-qualified residential areas to generate interest
• Engage homeowners with a brief pitch and gather basic lead information
• Schedule free roof inspections with our sales team
• Track leads and notes using our CRM
• Represent Radar Roofing with professionalism and confidence
• Meet daily or weekly lead generation goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, canvassing, sales, or promotions is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors in a field-based role
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Self-motivated and goal-driven — we’ll train, but you need to show up ready to work
