The Apprentice Teacher position is a unique opportunity for passionate individuals eager to explore the field of education. Whether you have limited or no teaching experience, this role offers hands-on practice and essential training to become a successful full-time classroom teacher. You will:
Through full participation in professional development and regular meetings with an instructional coach, you will gain invaluable experience and support to develop your teaching skills. By the end of the year, you will be a strong candidate for full-time teaching positions!
A Bachelor's degree is required. While a background in education is not mandatory, a demonstrated passion for working with K-12 students is essential.
